Cancellation Policy

Attendance Commitment: This program is designed as a cohesive, in-person series. Each session builds on the last, and the value of the experience depends on consistent participation from every member of the group. Your presence matters — not only for your own growth, but for the depth, trust, and collective insight of the cohort. Please plan to attend all scheduled sessions and make this commitment a priority on your calendar. Assessment Participation: Leadership assessment results will be distributed to all registered participants, regardless of session attendance. However, the full value of these assessments comes from guided interpretation, facilitated discussion, and shared reflection within the group setting. Receiving the report without participating in the live dialogue will limit the depth and application of your insights, as will a failure to collect three sources of feedback for Reflexions 360 (at minimum, 1 supervisor and 2 peers, subordinates or clients). We encourage you to commit fully to your own development by engaging in both the assessment and the live cohort conversations. Refund Policy: Enrollment secures your seat for the full series. Because space is intentionally limited and each cohort is curated, refunds or partial refunds will not be issued for missed sessions, regardless of the reason for absence.
