It's a 6-month leadership cohort for nonprofit leaders who want deep insight and practical strategies that translate directly into sustainable leadership, healthier teams, and stronger performance.

Most leadership tools focus on either personality or behavior. This cohort integrates both, plus real-world feedback, tying input to outcome and providing a clear and actionable path to more effective leadership.

  • Three scientifically validated assessments that explore innate wiring and behavioral patterns.

  • 360-degree feedback from supervisors and peers, revealing how your leadership wiring and patterns are actually affecting your effectiveness (discussed in a 1:1 setting with Pivot X).

It's Deep Conversation

Through facilitated group conversations and individual coaching, participants develop a robust understanding of their leadership patterns, effects, and alternatives. With a shared language and trusted same-stage peers, leaders go further faster.

It's Impact

Participants identify immediate opportunities to improve decision-making, executive presence, key relationships, and consensus building, strengthening trust, collaboration, and productivity across teams and clients. This creates a ripple effect of healthier leadership practices throughout their organizations.

Dive into how you're wired to make decisions. Explore how small changes can make a big difference in how you influence.

Identify your leadership behaviors. How do these come across to others and what adaptations can you make to be more effective?

Individual coaching sessions will be scheduled to review your 360 feedback. Learn how your wiring & behaviors are affecting your efforts.

Tie it all together and explore how small pivots can make a big impact in the way you lead and influence.
